Definitions
As used in this GDPR Adden船雜dum, the following terms 男這shall have the f村農ollowing meanings:
“GDPR” means the General Data Prot訊黑ection Regulation (E土技U) 2016/679, together wit弟他h any national im是到plementing laws in費鄉 any Member State of the Eu路廠ropean Union, as amended章風, repealed, consolida志答ted or replaced fro資湖m time to time including th都要e UK version of the GDPR as d山做efined in Section 10(3) of the Data請討 Protection Act 2018; and
“Personal Data”, “Data不都 Subject”, “Process”, and “Processor木人” will each have the meaning gi服裡ven to them in Article 4 of the GD外習PR.
The Controller, Processor a用慢nd Purposes of this GDPR公明 Addendum
As a Data Controller and Data Proce志我ssor of data, including Personal Data, 但子we collect, proces木場s and use Personal Data fairly and la他少wfully.
Annex 1 (below) contains the li文暗st of Zebra entities in the 線討European Economic Area (“EEA”) that 少友may collect and process your P物朋ersonal Data.
We are focused on implementing the a靜呢ppropriate technical and organisatio可著nal measures to ensure that Zebra mee信坐ts the requirements o化得f the GDPR. Where the GDPR is applicab呢問le, we commit to f動家ollow all the requirements 道司of the GDPR, including 我銀to:

The Personal Data That Zebr拍秒a Collects and Uses
Zebra collects, uses and shares data f近見or the purposes as間現 set out in the Zebra Privacy Policy.
Processing Basis
To process your Persona笑冷l Data, we rely one of錯們 the following legal basis:
- For the performan拿慢ce of a contract we have wi議上th you (such as if you purchase our要民 products or services, we民村9;ll use your informa窗都tion to carry out our 錢人obligation to complete and admin就可ister your order)
- For compliance with a legal 嗎林obligation to which w鐵水e are subject (s微照uch as tax obli業一gations and when we are o場報bliged to comply with lawful requ兒為ests from competent authorities such北訊 as law enforcement)

Processing Sensitive Personal Data
The GDPR treats some types of Pers東空onal Data as special categori你聽es of personal data. This includes員劇 information about raci員風al or ethnic origin亮謝, sexual orientation, religious城一 beliefs, trade union黃們 membership, health d喝到ata, and criminal recor刀近ds. We will not colle頻國ct or use these types of舊是 data without your consent unless t慢照he applicable law al離近lows us to do. If we do, it will only自雪 be when it is necess區大ary. In outline, th科身ese include:

Zebra uses a select number of Website P農農rocessors or sub-Proces鐘音sors to provide customers 市那with products and servic機視es, and to oper說吧ate Zebra’s busine通玩ss. Each Website Proce光放ssor or sub-processor has been機小 assessed for their abi愛唱lity to provide appropriate數站ly secure services an秒民d are themselves providi農拍ng relevant assurances, policies 為是and data processing agreements that 鄉冷we have entered into w冷農ith them. Persona門哥l Data is processed for the purpo遠鐵ses described in this Ad校到dendum and in ou事關r Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

International Data Transfers
For the purposes set out i草藍n the Zebra Privacy Policy and any applicable product o秒朋r solution documentation, you土秒r Personal Data 子草may be transferred outside海金 of the country關西 in which it was colle去知cted to Zebra Technologies Co行術rporation (“Zebra US”), the pare木短nt company of Zebra located in the Unit鐘音ed States, its subsidiaries, 制知affiliates and third party service 不風providers located in other jur相銀isdictions.
We will ensure that al唱風l transfers are lawful and that 對坐there are appropriate 懂醫legal and security ar村物rangements, including i紙答mplementing sup紙舞plementary measures to achieve a leve自快l of protection equivalent to 我商GDPR.
To meet the conditions of Chapter 5 of 大街the GDPR, we primarily rely on Sta讀熱ndard Contractual Clauses app友門roved by the Europ又國ean Commission in its decis明會ions 2004/915/EC and吧兒 2010/87/EU or 2021/914/EC and 20相樹21/915/EU for any new agreement 做大entered into with or by Zebra on or af還上ter the 28 September 20友厭21 ("SCCs"). This shall黃熱 ensure the lawful 動雨transfer of Personal Data outs長跳ide of the UK and European Union. Fu事音rthermore, Zebra as a group of comp錯費anies has entered int輛河o an intra-group da風看ta transfer agreement, which incor那謝porates the SCCs as聽大 the GDPR Chapter 5 transfer mech電月anism. This agr舞做eement ensures appropria拍森te and suitable safegua他姐rds with Zebra US, Zebra UK, 離村our subsidiaries, affiliates道都 and third party ser的遠vice providers.
Our sub-processors commit to us校姐ing approved metho她慢ds to ensure the controlled transfer 相西of data outside理些 of the EU. Additionally, Zebra’s pro校相viders make strong commitments to Z影銀ebra related to limiting a你人ccess to the data that is stored with 問雜them.
Children
Zebra products, services and web我來sites are not for use b草日y children under the age of 16 year匠現s and Zebra does not knowingly collec什又t, store, share or use the Perso對林nal Data of childre影討n under the age o日會f 16 years. If you are under the 樹這age of 16 years, please do not pr遠錢ovide any Personal Data, even 技湖if prompted by our website to do so.
Marketing
Where requested and lawful t在對o do so, we may communicate wit快到h you about our 訊生products, services a白司nd solutions, subject to y子請our consent where required. Minimum Technical and Organisation家土al Security Measures
Zebra has implemented and maintai唱冷ns at least the following mi體熱nimal technical and organisa月化tional security mea明市sures to protect the慢廠 Personal Data:
Server Operating Systems. Zebra infrastructure utilises ind喝街ustry standard enterprise level訊唱 Operating Systems which are re舊空gularly patched in好就 accordance with大知 the software vendors recommen關家dation. All systems are厭車 protected with anti-virus, a技影nti-malware and anti-ransomw看影are software, as appro看鐘priate.
Businesses Continuity. Zebra maintains cl線廠oud-based systems hosted with third pa科作rties that provide business c愛錯ontinuity/disaster recovery procedure計鐵s.
Data Transmission. To prevent data from being re為農ad, copied, altered or removed wi拍東thout authorisation, Zebra enc筆服rypts and/or password照媽 protects all tra嗎兒nsmissions containing P自冷ersonal Data.
Encryption Techn人東ologies. Zebra uses AES 做還and/or HTTPS encr書舞yption (also ref得山erred to as a SSL or TL又報S connection).
Opt-Out, Data Subject Access Request的冷s, Retention and Complaints
